We will look at the packaging techniques that each of the participating teams use and try to find overlap and where those could possibly converge (i.e. maybe share scripts). This is explicitly not about making a grand unified plan that will never be implemented.
People joining please have examples of your workflow ready to give a short demo/example.
Everybody using git to manage packages is welcome :-)
